"Getting ready for Easter??"
Hola, Hola,
March has arrived and it is a fun month for families and especially for kids, because it´s the month of Easter. So dust off your basket and get ready for the egg hunting. :) The date for Easter this year is good Friday March 29th, while Easter monday happens to be on April fools day. Did you know that Easter eggs symbolize the empty tomb of Jesus? The custom of the Easter egg originated amongst the early Christians of Mesopotamia, who stained eggs in red in memory of the blood shed from Christ at his crucifixion. The Christian Church officially adopted the custom regarding the eggs as symbol of resurrection.
To all those who are getting together for a big family meal, we've chosen this recipe from Rouxbe Online Cooking School: "Cod Provençal" we think it will be a fantastic dish to share with your family on this special day. :)
