"Are you ready for our tastings?" 

Hi Everyone,

The rain is back and it's time to get your kitchen ready for cooking all those amazing recipes to share them with your friends!! That's why we'll have a bunch of tatings ready for you to give you the opportunity to try all our products and impress , here are some locations where we'll be doing our tastings during this month. We'll keep you updated with new locations through our facebook & twitter profiles.

• Whole Foods - West Vancouver- Tuesday Nov. 13th, from 12pm to 5 pm
• Whole Foods - Cambie - Friday Nov. 16th, from 2pm to 7 pm
• Nourish Market - North Vancouver - Thursday Nov. 22nd, from 3.30 pm  - 5.30 pm

Riverside Grocery has been a family owned and independently operated business for over 25 years. Leona and Pat Commons have continually advanced their inventory of specialty health foods, organic produce and imported foods to serve their clientele better. They have an extensive inventory of gluten-free ready baked goods, pasta, baking mixes, doughnuts, bread and baking supplies.  Carrying everything!! They may look small but their unique shaped store is jam-packed with over 20,000 items, and Karen keep adding more everyday!  Come in and browse, you will be surprised! Now you can find our family EVOO Cazorliva, our Casanovas Barcelona Salts and our Antonio Sotos Saffron! :)

Runge's Fine Foods & Deli Located at 347 4th St., Courtenay,  B.C.

Runges Fine Foods doesn't have web page where you can enjoy browsing around but it has great cheese and a very friendly staff. :)  If you are looking for quality food and reasonable prices, this is the place for you.
You can find our Roldan Olives and our Casanovas Barcelona salts.

We love Morroccan food, full of flavours and tradition. This is a great example of one of their amazing dishes that is perfect for a big dinner with friends.
